STUDY / EVALUATION PROGRAM

It begins with a thorough collection of the clinical history, followed by a series of detailed exams, covering several parameters related to aging:

biological age assessment;

study of body composition;

assessment of the gastrointestinal system and digestive function;

assessment of cardiovascular and respiratory functions;

study of the musculoskeletal system;

psychological, brain/cognitive study;

cancer screening;

laboratory tests:

biochemical/metabolic study;

hormonal study: female and male hormonal profile, adrenal and thyroid hormones, etc.)

tumor markers;

cardiovascular risk markers;

study of food intolerances (eg A200);

detailed study of the intestinal flora (eg "Intestinal Dysbiosis");

fatty acid profile;

vitamin profile, mineral,...;

study of heavy metals (mercury, aluminum, lead,...);

brainscreen and neurotransmitter profile (melatonin, dopamine precursors, serotonin, noradrenaline genetic studies: nutrigenetics and anti-aging (relative risk of developing certain pathologies such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, etc.);

others...

After carrying out all the exams, a personalized profile of each individual's aging is obtained, from which the areas on which treatment should be focused are highlighted;

TREATMENT

After performing all the exams, a personalized profile of each individual's aging is obtained, from which the areas on which treatment should be focused are highlighted.

Based on these elements, a treatment plan is developed, elaborated in close dialogue with the patient and “made to measure”, that is, as personalized as possible.

The intervention areas of anti-aging treatment are very comprehensive:

Nutritional treatment: “we are what we eat”, hence the importance of designing a nutritional program suited to the needs and health problems of each individual, in order to optimize its effects;

Administration of food supplements: anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, fatty acids,... with the aim of meeting the needs of each patient, repairing the body and improving its defenses, among others;

Administration of 'bio-identical' hormones (natural hormones, with a composition very similar to human hormones: more effective and with fewer side effects), if it is necessary to restore optimal hormone levels, in order to minimize the deleterious effects of their decline, with aging;

Mental exercise program to maintain good brain function, minimize the effects of stress and the deterioration of cognitive functions;

Physical exercise program, completely tailored to the physical shape, pathologies, needs and other characteristics of each individual, including, whenever possible, exercises that have been proven to contribute to increased longevity. This program is prepared, whenever possible, by an Exercise Physiologist, with the collaboration of a Personal Trainer, and in line with Nutrition, in order to optimize its results.motor recovery program: Physiotherapy.

Teaching relaxation and stress-fighting techniques.reflection on the most appropriate lifestyle to adopt, taking into account, whenever possible, the indications of the genomic study, with the aim of improving health status, preventing disease and increasing user's quality of life.
