LIPOLYSIS

It consists of the application of lipolytic drugs, injected into the layer of fat. A needle is used to administer the different drugs, being a well-tolerated process, which aims to “destroy” the adipocytes and allows the reduction of localized and resistant fat volumes. It can be performed on any part of the body where there are adipocytes, including the neck or face. A few sessions are needed, spaced about 2 weeks apart and the results are progressive. Lipolysis has its own clinical indications and should only be seen as one of the techniques available for the approach of body fat, it is not a weight loss treatment. It can be considered as a minimally invasive liposculpture.
