Food Allergy vs Food Intolerance

 

 

Food allergy is a process that involves an IgE-mediated immune response and the formation of immune complexes that trigger a rapid allergic reaction. Usually easy clinical diagnosis and quick cause-effect reaction.

 

Food intolerance involves a reaction measured by another type of Immunoglobulins, IgG , whose clinical manifestations are even clear, slow and difficult to diagnose clinically.

 

There are hundreds of food intolerance tests alimentos,  that allow us to effectively plan a diet for these pathologies, indicating the foods that should be avoided, eaten more often or in moderation.

 

This analysis  can help to provide a healthy diet in which food is completely digested for each person, metabolized, without being stored as fat and without provoking inflammatory reactions.

 

It can be useful, both in weight loss and weight gain, but essentially to prevent pathologies.
